"I have looked forward to my sessions with Helena and found them illuminating and meaningful. I most often leave with a sense of calm, restfulness, and insight. I especially enjoyed the ability to follow the session with something artistic. In some way it feels like a seal in wax, a personal mark/expression creating a memory or a felt-sense of what remains or has been experienced, a record. This weekly touchstone often left me with a sense of trust, an ability to move forward, increased strength and reduced anxiety. K.F. (Metal Color Light Therapy)

"I feel like I've been through a process of self knowledge and self renewal. The panel facilitated inner connectedness for me in a beautiful and profound way...I have been so touched with my weekly time spent with the panel. With gratitude, J.S. (Metal Color Light Therapy)
Helena Hurrell, Director, completed a master’s level training at Tobias School of Art and Therapy in the UK and is providing Anthroposophical art therapy to the children at the Waldorf School on the Roaring Fork (WSRF). Helena was trained in Metal Color Light Glass Therapy (MCLT) at the Lichtblick Atelier in Schwörstadt, Germany, receiving a certificate approved by the Medical Section at the Goetheanum in 2013. MCLT is a new therapeutic initiative originated by Marianne Altmaier who developed this therapy out of her deep interest in and knowledge of the Goetheanum windows in Dornach, Switzerland. Helena has been working with individuals and groups therapeutically since 1981.
